Our online services

After beginning this Business Consulting site some months ago, we have had an excellent response from visitors; this has manifested itself in my offering our services to several of our visitors. These people are entering into new businesses or need help with struggling existing businesses.

We have decided to offer our services online to anyone who is starting a business or needs help increasing profitability in an existing business.

The services will include:-

Preparation of business plans and documentation for financiers, venture capital partners and banks.

Analysis on potential business acquisitions or partnerships and production of reports.

Due diligence on transactions, acquisitions, take over’s etc.

Advice on a day to day basis by phone or email at any time.

The charges will be decided on receipt of your mail describing the project in hand. I can make site visits or meetings as required providing expenses are paid by the client. Our services may also be internet based via web conferencing and other communication methods.

I will always be honest and work for the benefit of clients or prospective clients.

We have truly international experience in Europe, Middle East, India and US/Canada we also have knowledge of sharia law and accounting standards. Generally unless other formats are required will produce documents to GAAP standards.
