Startup Business ChartThe chart below shows the usual processes required for a startup business. The process initially is a matter of completing a business plan, then revisit the results, constant adjustment and fine tuning until the optimum budget and profit figures are reached. Usually this is a balance of profit, capital costs and Operational Costs. .
Whilst the above chart shows the steps required to start most businesses, some items may not be required, others particularly regarding Internet businesses. Certain countries may require a slightly different combination but the chart should hold good for most circumstances. There is more information in other individual sections of the site. As can be seen the Feasibility Analysis will be constantly revisited and the figures in the financial's plan will also be adjusted to balance the profitability, required investment and other factors, this is perfectly normal, although it is usually that the intended market volume should indicate the rest of the requirements. Don't worry, its a model and that's why the business plan is so important, varying the figures to enable compatible successful project results.
